Cancellation and refund policies

Clients may terminate any ongoing monthly support retainer by providing thirty days written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Fees for active, initiated service cycles remain non-refundable to account for allocated operational groundwork and scheduled execution capacity.

Uninitiated service cycles canceled prior to commencement qualify for a full prorated refund. All approved financial reconciliations are processed securely back to the original payment method within five to ten business days, fully adhering to UK consumer protection regulations.
